US MONIAC simulator

Problem

Macroeconomic feedback loops are hard to teach — the original MONIAC used water; the web can do better.

Approach

Real-time flow simulation with animated particles, policy levers, historical scenario presets, sparkline charts, and a full dark/light theme system built on CSS custom properties. Pure simulation functions extracted for testability (Vitest).

Outcome

Live demo + write-up on rendering performance and state architecture.
