   • Lead architecture and delivery of Microsoft 365 web platforms for economics teams, using React, TypeScript, and SPFx with Microsoft Graph and PnPjs to support internal workflows.
   • Architect a reusable enterprise design system, define frontend engineering standards, and create documentation and training that help teams adopt shared components and accessible interfaces.
   • Standardize GitLab templates and CI/CD workflows; mentor engineers on frontend architecture and responsible AI-assisted development practices.

   AI Frontend Developer

   Concurrent with the Principal Software Engineer role.

   • Design and build accessible, responsive chat interfaces for RAG-based retrieval and multi-session conversation workflows.
   • Connect frontend systems to LLM-backed services, working on reliable data flow, frontend performance, and retrieval strategies.

3. Nov 2018 – Jun 2020

   Senior Software Engineer

   Macy’s

   • Designed the entire Parade Registration application with the New York parade team and worked with technical and offshore developers on implementation. Contributions included .NET Core services, SQL schemas and stored procedures, REST APIs, and responsive web interfaces.
   • Created the mobile UI/UX in Figma and coordinated delivery with offshore teams for native iOS and Android applications; supported on-site deployments and training in New York.
   • Built standalone color and materials repository applications for store design teams, alongside custom SharePoint search interfaces, with accessibility and usability as core concerns.

4. Oct 2016 – Oct 2018

   Senior SharePoint Developer

   Codesigned

   • Led custom SharePoint and IntranetPro implementations for enterprise clients. Contributed substantially to a retail client’s employee intranet, including on-site collaboration.
   • Supported the lead React developer on a separate SharePoint-hosted app for that retail client, contributing permissions, data design, and some UI. Users could consult implementation documents while showing management the physical sales-floor layout through a camera.

   • Worked on the Employee Benefits Portal across timekeeping, scheduling, and benefits, and served as development lead for the Annual Benefits Project for three years.
   • Owned, maintained, and developed the Availability application integrating with the Kronos system.
